The Paraíba do Sul River Basin Water Pro-Management Association – AGEVAP, considering the provisions of INEA Resolution No. 184 of August 22, 2019, INEA Resolution No. 82 of November 29, 2013, pursuant to article 9 of State Law No. 5.639 of January 6, 2010 and the provisions of art. 9 of Federal Law No. 10,881, of June 9, 2004, makes public the opening of a simplified selection process for hiring professionals for a specified period in response to the demands of the Guandu Committee.
Considering the activities to be developed to enhance the development of projects as defined in the Strategic Plan for Water Resources for the Hydrographic Region II;
Considering INEA Resolution No. 184/2019, which amends Article 5 of INEA Resolution No. 082/2013 in order to provide for contracts to meet the specific demands of the Delegatee Entity;
The Paraíba do Sul River Basin Water Pro-Management Association – AGEVAP resolves to publish this Simplified Selection Process Notice No. 002/2021, so that they can have their legal effects.
